You can order by: fax, mail, phone, writing letter.

Making order company agrees to add to the basic price - carriage.

Local Transport: STOLICA + value of product 500zł (16zł net package) is covering by a client, but If value of ordered product is higher than 500zł, we deliver it on prime cost.

International Transport: UPS + GLS. The costs of international consignment depend on

product`s weight and target place. The value of sending set is possible only after packing.

Delivery time: local consignment - 1 day, international consignment - 2-4 days.
The way of payment: MJM Lamex offers two ways of payment:

1.cash on delivery (client pays cash on delivery and it consists: value of product,

   delivery cost).

2.prepayment on MJM Lamex account (payment consists the value of product and delivery costs).We send ordered product If client transfers money to our account.

When You already order product, we send pro-forma invoice, which is a base of cash flow

Client - MJM Lamex (in this way cost of delivery is more cheaper). If we get a confirmation

from our bank, product is sent.

Claim for refund:
1. In case of recognised that the deliery had been damaged, supplier should be told about it, package must be unpacked. Deliverier and client must also write a report. Saving all these procedures is the guarantee of recognize claim for refund.

2. Damaged product will be replaced to product of a full value, but if it would be impossible, we will give back Your money.

Returns:
You can return product in 10 days without giving us the reason. Returned can be only unused product in original form and package (wrapper), and client covers all payments connected with it. We guarantee repayment, which amounts the value of product (without delivery costs), to client`s account or post adress.
